How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your personal data from ChillScheduler, you can do so by following these steps:

For Business Owners

  1. Email Request: Send an email to support@chillscheduler.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"

  2. Include the following information:

    • Your registered email address
    • Your business name
    • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data
  3. Verification: We will verify your identity before processing the deletion request

  4. Processing Time: Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of verification

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:

  • Account Information: Email, name, and password
  • Business Details: Business information, services, staff details, and policies
  • Booking Data: All appointment records and booking history
  • Conversation History: All WhatsApp conversation logs
  • Configuration Data: WhatsApp API credentials and settings

What May Be Retained

In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain some data:

  • Legal Obligations: Data required by law or regulatory requirements
  • Dispute Resolution: Information needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
  • Anonymized Data: Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you

Important Notes

  • Irreversible Action: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • Service Termination: Deleting your data will result in termination of your ChillScheduler account
  • Backup Data: Some data may exist in backups for up to 90 days before permanent deletion
  • Third-Party Services: Data shared with third-party service providers will be deleted according to their policies
